Enter the Core Cleanse. A 7 day all veggie and water diet, this cleanse optimizes your bodies ability to absorb precious vitamins and minerals, boost your metabolism and use calories efficiently. It starts with 16oz of green tea with honey and cayenne in the morning, a large lunch from an approved list of veggies and a dinner shake, all totaling 1200 calories.
